A note on our decision to cancel the 2021 dart tournament

After much thought, we made the difficult decision to cancel the 2021 Tom Derichs Camp Courage dart tournament.

Due to Covid-19, restrictions, and prioritizing people’s health, it just wasn’t doable this year.

Yet, we would encourage you to still support True Friends Camp Courage by donating on this website. All donations will go to True Friends Camp Courage to support children and adults with disabilities. They had a very tough year having to pause programs and cancel 2020 summer camp due to Covid-19 and any support would be greatly appreciated.

Also, if you’re in the Albany area, please consider supporting our venue partner, Shady’s Hometown Tavern by ordering take out or dining there once restrictions have lifted. They are a great place too!

We will miss you all this year but are excited to see you in-person at next year’s 2022 tournament!

Sincerely,

Shawn, Sara, and Shane Derichs
