Chef Josh Lawley is a Lakeland native who began his culinary career cooking for the Publix Aprons Cooking School. Deciding to pursue his passion for food further he enrolled in the culinary arts program at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Orlando. After graduating and a short stint in Georgia he decided to return home and worked his way through many Lakeland restaurants before being hired on by longtime friends Deborah and Michael Dodge to head up their new kitchen. Chef Lawley enjoys coming up with new and creative spins on bar fare for his customers at Craft+Kitchen.

As the COO at MYBOX, Inc., I am a natural leader with a unique perspective and approach to the brand and marketing industry. Building partnerships and brand awareness is what I love more than anything. I am an end-to-end media professional who takes a wide view of the entire process to achieve our client’s success.
I’ve managed multiple projects over the years from inception to fruition with great success. I truly believe attention to details helps businesses achieve their goals on budget and time with complete transparency.
It also helps to have a creative mind with a great deal of respect for nostalgia. I am very passionate about my career not only for the creative outlet it provides but also for the required B2B negotiations and inventory management issues required.
