Chef Casey Ryan, 1916 Irish Pub
Executive Chef Casey Ryan has stepped into the corporate chef role with the overall brand and ventures, Dukes Brewhouse, 1916 Irish Pub and Second Plate Catering. Since his short time stepping into this role, he has been working side by side with the culinary department furthering the culinary talent, trends and overall guest experience by continually working in the day to day operation while training his team on new cooking techniques, methods and overall guest experience.
A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America with a PCII certification, Chef Casey has more than 20 years of culinary experience in the sports, entertainment and hospitality industry. His career path has allowed him to provide culinary services for a variety of high profile events and guests including the World Series, the Republican National Convention, the Outback Bowl, the Super Bowl and galas for Sarah Palin, John McCain, Hilary Clinton, the United States Special Operations Command and LandWarNet.
Chef Casey considers the kitchen design of Sun Trust Park, the culinary execution for the SpaceX Tesla Launch event, and development of every Sous Chef he has trained who has advanced to the role of Executive Chef as the highlights of his career.
Community Leader Chris McGarvey, Wall Titus
Christopher grew up in Fort Lauderdale, FL and came to Lakeland to pursue a B.S. in Finance at Southeastern University. After graduation he started his financial career as a client manager at T. Rowe Price in Tampa, FL. Chris has experience in retirement and portfolio planning as well as knowledge in a variety of investment vehicles. He recently received the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Practitioner Certification in December 2018. As a CFP® with Wall Titus, Christopher focuses on financial planning and portfolio management. Outside of the office, Christopher serves in various community organizations and his local church. Christopher and his wife Paola reside here in Lakeland with their two daughters, Maya and Valentina and son, Christopher James.
