John Loute is a seasoned hospitality professional with 30+ years of experience.  John is the General Manager of the SpringHill Suites Hotel in Lakeland, a property owned by Lakeland Hospitality Group and Managed by McKibbon Hospitality. 

His career started in Tampa as a front desk clerk at a Holiday Inn Hotel while attending the University of South Florida.  John was promoted to various departments and became a General Manager in 1992.  John has worked for many companies including Hyatt Hotels, IHG, and La Quinta and Red Lobster.

John is married to Eugenie and they have three children.  John is a proud resident of the city of Lakeland and has strong ties to the business community.  He has served on the board of many organizations including the Polk County Tourism and Development Council, the Lakeland Chamber of Commerce, the Lakeland Hotel/Motel Association, the Rotary Club of Lakeland, VISTE, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Leadership Lakeland and many others.
