Liz Plemons is an Assistant Store Manager at Publix Super Markets, Inc. She began her career in 2007 as a part-time Bakery Clerk, and spent several years as a Bakery Manager throughout the Lakeland stores, before continuing to grow with the company. She volunteers with the Polk County Bully Project, Publix events and participated in the 2023 Swan Derby Leaders of Polk Race for Lakeland Volunteers in Medicine, as well as, spent several years on Community Investment Teams for the United Way of Central Florida.

Born in Ohio, she has spent most of her life in Florida- graduating from Polk State College. She currently lives in Lakeland with her husband Adam and their two cats. In her off time she loves going to watch her two favorite teams- Go Gators and Go Bolts!, spending time with her family and friends, and advocating for animals.
