A Lakeland native and Furman University graduate, Caroline has woven her career in marketing from South Carolina to Florida. Her passion, however, is investing back in the community she grew up in. After college, Caroline moved back to Lakeland and lives here with her husband, Grady, and golden retriever, Murphy. She enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and is an active member of the Junior League of Greater Lakeland.  

Inspired by the dedicated teachers and staff at the Achievement Academy, Caroline was honored to be chosen as a Community Leader for this year's event and to be paired with Levi, a current Pre-K student and testament to their school. After taking a tour of the Academy, and knowing family and friends that have benefited from their services, Caroline has seen the transformative impact that this education has on its community.
