Chad Barron is a mission-driven financial executive and community leader based in Auburndale, Florida. After more than two decades in executive leadership helping guide a large, high-performing organization, Chad launched A Higher Calling Consulting LLC in December 2025 to provide fractional CFO-level financial leadership for small and growing businesses—without the overhead of a full-time CFO. Drawing on decades of experience, he delivers strategic insight and disciplined financial oversight to help owners improve profitability, strengthen cash flow, and make confident, values-driven decisions that support long-term growth. Chad is also active in nonprofit service and mentorship across Polk County, supporting organizations that strengthen families and uplift children. He’s been married to his amazing wife, Stephanie, for 20 years and is a proud dad to two incredible kids, Blake and Baylee. A devoted Christ-follower, Chad enjoys golf, sunsets, and—fair warning—is known to deliver a steady stream of mediocre dad jokes.
