Funds raised will support the MPF’s mission to provide support and education to the 35,000 Parkinson’s patients and their families in Michigan. Programs and services include financial assistance for in-home respite care, daily Parkinson exercise classes, weekly patient education programs, Parkinson Caregiving Training Module for caregivers, newly diagnosed patient information package, medication assistance, full-time staff social worker, pro-bono legal guidance, professional education symposiums, and 75 Parkinson Support Groups in Michigan. All MPF programs and services are offered free of charge thanks to your help.
