I am running the Garry Bjorklund Half Marathon this year to raise money for Minneapolis Children's Hospital Heart program. The money raised will help families who have children who are born with congenital heart defects. I do this in honor of my grandson, Colten Christian Robertson. Colten spent the first 7 months of his life at Minneapolis Children's Hospital. He died February 12, 2016, three days before his third birthday while awaiting a heart transplant.
