Hello! My name is Kristen and I am running Grandma's Half Marathon for Children's Hospital in Minnesota. Although there are a number of charities I love to support, Children's is special to me. Every dollar I raise will go toward the Cancer Kids Fund at the hospital. There's a very special little boy who has benefited from the kids cancer center there and he is my inspiration to do whatever I can to help! He's an actual superhero, with a cape and everything ;)
This will be my second time running Grandma's half marathon. I've never been much of a runner, so participating in a half marathon is a bit daunting, but running it for the Children's hospital makes it so worth it!
