All payments at Black Diamond Ball will be processed using Givi. Please download the app and set up your account before arriving!
1) Download the Givi app.
Search "givi" on the App Store or Google Play store to download the app. For first-time users, select Create an Account on the home screen to open the account creation page.
2) If you've never used Givi, create an account.
Creating an account ensures your payments are secure and your bids are connected to your email. This takes a minute or two and will speed up your time getting into Black Diamond Ball. Please do this ahead of arriving!
3) Add your payment information.
Adding your payment information means you won't have to worry about bringing cash to our event! Your credit card will be securely connected to your Givi account, so when you want to place a bid or buy a raffle item you just need to tap a button on the app. No pulling your wallet out!
4) Search for Black Diamond Ball.
Once you’ve registered and created your account, you can enter the auction in Givi. Log in to your account and enter the auction.
If you still need to register, tap Find Event, and then use the search to locate the event you'd like to register for. If you have a ticket for the auction but haven’t set up a Givi account and password yet, tap Join Event from this screen and then enter your email address to find your ticket.
