About The Woods Project
The Woods Project creates wilderness exploration experiences that promote academic success, college and career readiness, and lifelong thriving for Houston high school students who wouldn’t otherwise have access to these opportunities. The Woods Project trip changes lives in a thousand different ways.
In the woods, students gain new confidence, develop critical life and leadership skills, and find a renewed drive to succeed against all odds.
Your support will help change lives as we expand our wilderness immersion programs and provide experiential learning experiences to even more high-potential Houston high school students from underserved communities!
