General Information

What is the date and time of the event? Friday, April 25, 2025 | Doors Open at 6:00 PM, Event Ends at 10:00 PM

Where will the event be held? Savoy Opera House, located in Trail Dust Town (6541 E Tanque Verde Rd.)

What is the purpose of this event? Each spring, Tucson Waldorf School hosts our most significant fundraiser of the year. Funds raised during Fresh! help bridge the financial gap that tuition alone does not cover. Supporting Fresh! directly benefits our TWS teachers, programs, students, and community.

Who can attend the event? Fresh! is an adults-only event (alcohol will be available for purchase) and is open to current and former families, as well as the greater Tucson community.

Is there a dress code? Cocktail Attire | Theme: Western Disco


Tickets

How much do tickets cost? Single Ticket = $85, Table Purchase (includes 10 tickets) = $850. Purchasing a table is the only way to reserve specific seats for your party.

Where can I purchase tickets? Click "Get Tickets" or "Register" on this event webpage to secure your tickets today. Tickets can also be purchased in person at the North or South office of Tucson Waldorf School.

Are tickets refundable? No, but we appreciate your donation to Tucson Waldorf School. If you cannot attend, we can help transfer your ticket(s) to someone else.

Can I purchase tickets at the door? No. All tickets must be purchased in advance. The deadline to register for the event is Friday, April 11, 2025, at 12:00 PM.


Auction Information

What type of items will be available for auction? Our silent auction will include a variety of large and small items, experiences, and gift certificates! Check the "Items" page to view the full list and start bidding in April.

How does the auction work? When registering, you will receive a bidder number. If you cannot attend in person but wish to participate in the silent auction, you may register for a "virtual bidding ticket," allowing you to bid from home without purchasing an event ticket.

You will have the option to download the Givi app to streamline your bidding experience, though it is not required. You can still bid through the web-based platform without the app. During registration, you can also set bidding preferences (e.g., receive alerts when outbid, set max bid limits, etc.).

A payment method must be on file to bid. If not entered during registration, you will need to add it on the night of the event.

You will NOT be automatically charged for items in your cart. Checkout will open at the end of the event, allowing you to review and finalize payment. Fresh! committee volunteers will also be available to assist with manual payments.

If you are bidding from home, you must check out on the night of the event, and your items will be held for pick-up the following week.

Do I need to be present to win an item? No, you do not need to be present to win a silent auction item. However, you must be present to win a live auction item.

Can I donate an item for the auction? Yes! The Fresh! Committee is accepting donations through Friday, April 11th. Complete the auction donation form here and a committee member will contact you.

How do I claim my winning items? For in-person attendees, items can be collected once payment is complete. If you are not present, you must pay for items on the night of the event, and your winnings will be held for pickup at Tucson Waldorf School the following week. A committee member will coordinate with you.


Food & Beverage

Will food and drinks be provided? Your ticket includes dinner, dessert, and non-alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.

Buffet Menu:

  • Green Salad with Chipotle Ranch Dressing

  • Glazed BBQ Salmon

  • Ribeye Steak with Red Wine Sauce

  • Green Chili Cornbread

  • Cowboy Beans & Seasonal Vegetables

  • Assorted Brownies, Cookies, and Fresh Fruit Platter

Is there a cost for food and drinks? Dinner is included with your ticket purchase. During registration, you will choose between the buffet or a plated dinner to accommodate dietary restrictions.

Are dietary restrictions accommodated? Yes. Those selecting the plated dinner option will receive a seat marker to ensure correct meal delivery.

Dietary Restriction Plated Dinner Option:

  • Vegan Meatloaf (Gluten & Dairy Free)

  • Fingerling Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables

  • Fresh Fruit Platter for Dessert


Payment & Donations

What forms of payment are accepted at the auction? Online credit card payments through the event webpage, and cash or check payments in person at Tucson Waldorf School.

Can I make a monetary donation without attending the event? Yes! Donations and sponsorships are greatly appreciated. Donations over $150 will be recognized on the Sponsor page and included in the TWS Business Directory. Donate here.

Are donations tax-deductible? Yes. Tucson Waldorf School is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are fully tax-deductible as permitted by law. Interested in becoming a Premier Sponsor? Contact us here
