Participating in this event, I want to bring awareness to the world of human trafficking. CCAHT provides endless services and specialized individual care to survivors, by serving our community with love, first and foremost. The mission of CCAHT is to empower survivors and foster change. Understanding that a survivor could be a neighbor, your friend, or even your own family member, you can help to foster that change by knowing we all play a part in ending human trafficking through our language, our time, and our resources.
More about me: I am originally from Mount Juliet, TN and I'm an avid traveler and sports fan, particularly Tennessee Volunteers!
I graduated from UTK and began my career in sports broadcasting, covering sports throughout the southeastern US, and have years of experience as an anchor and field reporter.
Coming back from hosting a medical TV show in California, I am currently the host of Living East Tennessee, a lifestyle show on WATE Channel 6 in Knoxville, and I spend a lot of time volunteering with various nonprofits and speaking on mental health and empowering young people.
I'm also a Certified Life Coach and president and founder of a nonprofit focused on suicide prevention and mental health awareness, as I lost my brother, Jake, to suicide. I use my Life Coaching as a means to provide free services through her nonprofit.
Thank you for supporting me and CCAHT!
