Let's Level UP Ladle Fellowship & UPLIFT San Diego!

Thank you for joining my efforts to raise funds for two of my favorite nonprofits! Ladle Fellowship and UPLIFT exist to make transformative impact in San Diego.I believe in both organizations wholeheartedly.

I serve as Director of Ladle Fellowship and have worked alondgside UPLIFT for many years. More importantly, I have witnessed with my own eyes and heart the incredible impact these groups have on the lives of those they serve. Here are links to their websites so you can learn more:

ABOUT LADLE FELLOWSHIP - Since 1983, the Ladle Fellowship has served San Diego's Homeless Community with hot meals & Clothing. However, for many people on the streets, the lack of hope is an even greater risk factor than lack of proper food, shelter, and clothing. By sharing God's gospel of grace, and living God's law of love, the Ladle Fellowship gives help and hope to those on the edge of society in our city. LADLE URGENT NEEDS -

• Higher food cost - 50% increase due to COVID, Ladle has transitioned from mostly soups and casseroles to other easy to make meals to go.
• Packaging - Meals to go mean packaging requiring sudden purchase of paper/styrofoam products.

ABOUT UPLIFT - Urban People Living in Faith & Trust - Uplifting San Diego’s inner-city communities by transforming the lives of people in need with Homeless Services & Student Services.  https://www.upliftsandiego.org/

UPLIFT URGENT COVID Reopening related needs include funding for:

• Student Services - added staff time & equipment to host our FREE Kids At Heart Tutoring as a hybrid model this school year, with both site-based sessions AND virtual platform for low income students, who are especially at risk of falling behind in school right now.   
• Homeless Services - homeless housing support for Home Team Volunteer Advocate program, turning Shelter to Home for those in transitional shelters and motels
