Hello friends and family, For my upcoming birthday on March 2, I am raising money for the hungry and homeless in the Lehigh Valley through Valley Over the Edge. North Summit Climbing Gym, where I train, is participating. As the Valley Over the Edge site explains, this is a 13 story rappel from an office building in Allentown. I must raise $500.00 to participate, and although I would love to experience some rappelling exposure as preparation for climbing one of the Seven Summits (Carstensz Pyramid) later this year, my primary goal is to support this effort. As is true in many communities, the need is great. So give what you can knowing that every penny is going to a very worthy cause.
