No Longer Silent 2020
Thursday, October 29, 2020
6:30pm CDT / 7:30pm EDT
ChildVoice is excited to announce the premiere of No Longer Silent: Gladys' Journey, a short film that chronicles an inside look at our latest work in Uganda and Nigeria! The short film includes footage from the Lukome Center and Imvepi Refugee Settlement, interviews with staff in Uganda, and a special segment following the life and progress of one of our students, Gladys.
Be the first to see and hear the latest news from our work on the ground at the virtual premiere on October 29th!
This special event is also an opportunity for you to support the counseling, education, and vocational training we provide to war-affected adolescent girls which will enable them to rebuild their lives, regain their dignity, and contribute toward a better, sustainable future for their children and communities.
While the impact of COVID-19 has been devastating in the countries where we work, we are working overtime to provide much-needed emotional support as well as making sure our former and current students have the food, hygiene products, and medical care they require.
With your help, we can raise funds that are desperately needed to combat the effects of this pandemic.
Join us on October 29th!
And invite your friends and family!
All proceeds support the mission of ChildVoice.
