VOCEL helps harness the power of the human connection to support families, engage communities, and build future leaders. VOCEL’s story began with the mission to reform and rethink early childhood learning by harnessing the power of human connection, the bonds we share – because these bonds are the foundation for learning, and for life.

So we came together with schools, with communities and most of all, with parents and caregivers of young children. Together, we are helping to ensure every child in every family can build a solid foundation for a successful path forward.

In 2019, VOCEL expanded our core program, the Child Parent Academy, to 15 cohorts to serve more than 300 children and parents through this innovative program grounded in science and delivered with love. In addition, through our Building Early Learning Leaders (BELL) pilot, we are connecting with principals leading CPS elementary schools and pre-kindergarten classrooms to support the key adults who matter most in a young child’s life and educational journey.
