Volunteers are the quiet force behind so much good. They give their time, their energy, and their hearts—often without ever expecting recognition. This is the moment we change that.

The Volunteer of the Year Luncheon is where we pause, celebrate, and say, “We see you. What you do matters.”

And when you sponsor this event, you become part of that gratitude.

This special luncheon brings together over 120 individuals, including HCISD trustees, district and campus leadership, community members, and outstanding volunteers to celebrate the meaningful difference volunteers make in the lives of students across Hays CISD.

To be included in printings, you must provide us with a *high quality logo no later than March 26th! 
 
Please know that, if you have had a sponsorship sign made by us in the past, we already have a high quality logo on file. 

* A logo is considered "high quality" if it is a PNG or JPQ that is at least 2000 pixels wide or 300 dpi, or a vector file if it is available.
