All sales are FINAL. There are no item exchanges and all items are sold "as is".
NO REFUNDS after claiming items. Successful bidders are responsible for the items they purchased once they are claimed.
Gift cards or certificates are subject to availability and black-out dates.
Each bidder assumes all risks and hazards related to the silent auction and items.
Age restrictions may apply to certain items.
No additional bids may be placed once the auction closes on Friday, March 18th 12 p.m. PDT.
The highest bid when bidding closes wins the item.
Shipping costs for items are the responsibility of the successful bidder. NCPDP Foundation staff will reach out to the successful bidder upon item purchase and provide them with an invoice for the additional shipping cost.
If any item is left unclaimed, it will become property of the NCPDP Foundation and resold.
