Verde River goes Virtual!

At Friends, we take pride in our efforts to support a healthy Verde – which includes encouraging activity of all kinds throughout the year! With the continued threat of COVID-19 within our state, however, we have decided that the 2020 Runoff will be a VIRTUAL event. This means that even more people will be able to participate in supporting a healthy, flowing Verde River system!

We hope you will take this opportunity to enjoy river-friendly, safe fun on the Verde River or a body of water near you. 

Virtual Verde River Runoff Fundraiser 2020

Fundraising will open on August 12th and conclude on September 20th at 11:59pm.

You can start fundraising RIGHT AWAY! It’s simple, and the funds you raise will help to support Friends of the Verde River’s overall mission. The more money you raise, the more Purdy Verde gifts you will receive -  How many gifts can you earn in 40 days!?

  • Raise $50 - receive a Purdy Verde kayak cushion + a large "I <3 the Verde River" magnet

  • Raise $100 - receive a Purdy Verde mug + magnet

  • Raise $150 -  receive a pair of Purdy Verde socks + magnet

  • Raise $200 - receive a Purdy Verde blanket + magnet

  • Raise $250+ -receive a bundle package of all gifts above
