WHAT IF I ALREADY REGISTERED FOR THE WALK?
Thank you so much for your registration and support! Your Walk registration automatically converts to ASK Night at The Diamond on July 11th and includes a #GLOWGOLD packet complete with game ticket, gold glow stick and event t-shirt.

Can't make ASK Night on July 11th? While we do not offer refunds, your registration fee can be converted into a tax-deductible donation to help make life better for children with cancer and their families here in our community. If you prefer to defer your registration to a future ASK 5K event, please contact Megan Angstadt at mangstadt@askccf.org

REGISTRATION FEES?
Your event registration includes a ticket to the Flying Squirrels game, #GLOWGOLD glow stick and t-shirt (if selected). Because you receive these awesome goodies in return, your registration is not tax deductible but donations are!

REGISTRATION FOR KIDS?
All kids aged 3 and under do not require a ticket to get into the Flying Squirrels game and can attend for free. However if they wish to receive a t-shirt, they will need to register.

CAN I REGISTER AT THE EVENT?
Online registrations will close on Thursday 7/9 at 11:59pm. Tickets to the game can be purchased at The Diamond - but we are challenging everyone for a #SoldOut #GoldOut so the earlier the better to gaurantee your ticket! Plus, purchasing online gives you the option to also get a t-shirt and include a donation for making life better for children with cancer.

DONATIONS?
All donations directly benefit ASK Childhood Cancer Foundation, a 501c3 nonprofit organization. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed. A receipt will be automatically emailed you if making your gift online. If you need a copy of your receipt, contact Sarah Kelly at skelly@askccf.org or call 804-658-5910.

WHERE DO I PARK? WHERE IS THE ASK CHECK-IN TABLE TO GET MY TICKET & SWAG?
Parking is available at The Diamond for $5 per vehicle via the entrances off Arthur Ashe Boulevard,  Robin Hood Road, or Hermitage Road. Check out the button above for a map of The Diamond parking lots. ASK will have tables located at the Party Pavilion as well as in front of the main gates along Boulevard where you can pick up your tickets, t-shirts and fundraising swag.

CAN I PICK UP MY TICKETS EARLY?
Yes, you can stop by the ASK Office any time between 9:00am - 5:00pm the week of the event, July 6th - July 10th. The ASK Office is located at 5211 W. Broad Street, Suite 102 Richmond, VA 23230.

CAN I PICK UP FOR MY ENTIRE TEAM?
Yes, you can pick-up your team's tickets and swag during those designated pick up times. Just give us a call at 804-658-5910 an hour in advance of picking up and we'll have everything ready for you.

CAN I SUPPORT EVEN IF I CANNOT ATTEND THE JULY 11th GAME NIGHT?
Of course! You can make an online donation to the event or to a specific participant or team. You can also register for free as a Fundraiser Only participant  to get your own personal fundraising page.
 

DROPPING OFF DONATIONS?
Certainly! Just stop by the ASK Table and we’ll take care of it. Thank you!

WHAT ISTHE GOLD OUT?
Gold is the color for childhood cancer; so we want to turn the ballpark gold this night! You are encouraged to wear gold, bring pom poms, noisemakers, beads and anything else you can to #GoldOut The Diamond and celebrate our Kourageous Kids, their siblings, caretakers and all ASK families. Of course we also want to fill the stadium and make it a sold out game...so help us make it a #SoldOut #GoldOut! 


WHEELCHAIRS AND STROLLERS?
If you're heading to the concourse there is an elevator located inside the stadium which can be accessed through the tunnel. Handicap seating can be found behind home base and behind third base on the Main Concourse.

THINGS TO DO?
During the Nissan of Richmond Pre-Game Family Tailgate we will have activities, food, music and spirit station fun to get ready to cheer on the Squirrels! Once the stadium gates open there will be a live band, Flying Squirrels concessions and the Squirrels Nest Team Store will be open, the ASK Kourageous Kids display set up and an ASK photo booth on the main concourse. ASK kids and our top fundraising teams will be recognized throughout the game with throwing out a first pitch, participating in the on-field contests, and the ASK Kourageous Kids Victory Lap during the 7th inning stretch.
