Because life isn't fair, and the least we can do when we're up is to help others out when they're down.

I had breast cancer in 2020, and my community came up around me to support and encourage me during what could have been an extremely isolating time. When I moved to New York and discovered the Cancer Resource Center, I knew I'd either work or volunteer there, because I wanted to continue the incredible generosity that was shown to me when I needed it the most.

You don't realize it until you're the recipient, but generosity really does make the world go round. Please help me sustain CRC programming so that it can continue to help people in our community.
