Laura and Rebecca reconnected in late February after having been colleagues years ago at Cornell. The conversation started about career development and quickly focused on our cancer diagnoses. Our diagnoses were different and came at very different times for us in terms of age and life circumstances. Still, we bonded over our shared experiences and developed friendship while taking fun walks. Between us - personally and through our children, grandchildren, and extended family members - we represent generations from Boomers to Alphas.
