How long is the Walk?

The Walk is approximately 1.8 miles.

What is the Walk route?

The route leaves Television City at the Genese gate, proceeds east on Beverly Blvd., south through Pan Pacific Park, west on Third Street past The Grove, and north on Fairfax. 

What time should walkers arrive? 

Gates open at 7:30 am. Please plan on arriving before 8:30.

What time does the actual Walk start? 

Kickoff Rally & Program at 8:45 a.m. | Walk at 9:15

Where do team members meet?

The pre-show, booths and stage are located in the north lot at Television City. There will be ample signage and designated areas to check in with your team.

Will there be anything for children to do? 

Children (and adults!) will have a chance to make creative walk signs and participate in a scavenger hunt before the program begins.

What additional activities will there be? 

There will be exciting music, opportunities to take online human rights actions, make artistic Walk signs, and view a display about genocide created by LAUSD students. 

Will water be available?

Yes, we will have free water available and a few snacks, but make sure you eat beforehand.

Will there be an EMT available?

Yes, an EMT and first aid are available on site.
