Thank you so much for visiting our team page and deciding to make a donation in support of The National Blood Clot Alliance! It is so important to me to join NBCA's efforts in raising awareness and continuing important research. 

It is estimated that up to 100,000 people a year die from blood clots, and as many as 900,000 people a year are diagnosed with either a Deep Vein Thrombosis and/or Pulmonary Embolisms. Blood Clots can happen to anyone. In many instances they are preventable, and early detection can save someone's life. It so important to know the signs and symptoms and to speak to your doctor about your risk.

The National Blood Clot Alliance sends an inspiring message of hope, recovery, and support to individuals who have been affected by blood clots. Support us as we walk to honor the many people, including friends and family, whose lives were changed by blood clots. I have been very fortunate to hear the stories of so many brave people during my own recovery and their stories inspire me every day. I feel so grateful to have the opportunity to give back and for the amazing friends and family that have been by my side every step of the way.
