Jessica's Fundraising Page

Hello! My name is Jessica Rothstein and I've been a Junior Volunteer at HSHV for six years. The work that HSHV does to care for animals in my community is very important to me. I am so grateful to be a part of a shelter where I truly believe in every part of the work they are doing. Every time I go in to play with the puppies, socialize with the rabbits and guinea pigs, make food more the cats, or bring an animal home to foster I am reminded of how much good work HSHV is doing and how much they care about each and every one of the animals at the shelter. 

To help with all of their hard work, I am raising donations for their biggest fundraiser of the year: Walk & Wag and Run.

Would you please join me in supporting HSHV and the work they do by making a donation? Every amount counts. Even $5 would make a difference for many of these animals.

The Humane Society of Huron Valley (HSHV) is there for the community's animals when they need help the most. As a no-kill shelter, HSHV has no time limits for animals; even if it takes months or years of training, medical care and TLC, they'll stick with an animal until they find just the right home. In addition to being a no-kill shelter, HSHV never turns down an animal to intake, no matter their size or condition. HSHS has even had a pig and a horse at the shelter!

HSHV has teams rescuing animals from cruelty, an in-house veterinary clinic where staffs sees and attends to all of their animals, and an incredible amount of volunteer and educational programming to teach the community about humane practices.
