Sailboat racing is amazing, but it’s even more amazing when it’s in support of a wonderful cause! Next weekend, Team “American Spirit” will be competing in the 2022 Hospice Regatta. This year, the event seeks to raise $100,000 for the Hospice of the Upstate. This amazing, community-run, non-profit serves over 1000 families each year, providing patient care, grief counseling, and family support—regardless of ability to pay. I’m so thankful for the compassionate services provided by hospices, which have helped my own family through incredibly sad and difficult times.
