There many different spectrums of Autism out there. Our son is on the spectrum. He is currently under a contract with groundskeeping on the Air Force Base. He has been there for several years, still dealing with social issues but content of what he is doing. He is trying to find himself and hoping to be accepted the way he is by others. He has come a long way in social skills and talking to people. He likes playing his guitar and talk to people on VR. We are so proud of him of things he has achieved. My baby boy has grown into a handsome man and I love him so much. He wants to go into acting, stunt driving and has been attending Excel school to help with acting. He has many dreams. That's when I saw the Dougie story it hit home. I am running with the Dougie team to help support the cause and to honor of our son Newton. I need help in making my fundrasing goal as I will be going Goofy (39.3 miles) for Autism in January. I will be running in honor of our son.
