Register today to attend our first Women & Girls Conference where we will have Women from the local community and corporate partners paired up to mentor our BGCMC tween & teen Club girls.

Introduction to the Club & W/E 

  • Club Mission  
    • To enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens. 
  • Core Beliefs  
    • Is to provide safe places for youth to learn and grow, build ongoing relationships with caring adult professionals, and participate in life-enhancing programs.  We inspire and prepare all Mercer County youth to reach their full potential and achieve their dreams. 
  • Purpose of W/E 
    • In that same tone we want to make sure that we are exposing the young ladies at the Club to empowered women, who reflect diversity, professionalism and strength.  
      • Provide opportunities to increase your volunteer experience and support of programming with Boys & Girls Club. 
      • Gain awareness of club programs and services within the community  
      • Support the Club's annual W/E Conference  
      • Attend the Club’s networking events.   
      • Opportunities to Mentor tween & teen girls from the Club  
      • Encouraging Girl focused fundraising for programs. 
      • Create a pipeline to diversify the Board/Donors  

About BGC Mercer:

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Mercer County provide young people, ages 5-18, with social, enrichment and recreational activities through after school, online and summer programs.  Our programs focus on building bright futures!   Each year BGC Mercer gives 2,600 youth access to programs that provide character and leadership skill development, college and career preparation, caring adult mentors and knowledge about healthier living.  Our mission is to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens.
