What a year 2020 has been!  It seems like a small way to be back to normal this time of year to raise funds for Napa Humane's Walk For Animals. I have been paticipating every year since 2014. In the 5 preceeding years, I have personally raised almost $41,000 contributing to our Team Kimba's total of almost $75,000. This year, due to the Covid pandemic, it will be a virtual walk and the funds are needed now more than ever. As our community is affected by economic hardship, Napa Humane's spay/neuter clinic, vaccine clinic, support of the animal shelter, and behavior helpline are all vitally important to support the health of pets in our community.  As a veterinarian in my 30th year of practice at the Napa Small Animal Hospital, I strongly support and believe in Napa Humane's work. 

Many of you have donated to my efforts in the past, and for that, I am extremely grateful. I know that Covid has affected many of us in many countless ways. I am asking for your support in my efforts again this year, if you are able. 

I am determined to be the NUMBER ONE fundraiser yet again (!) and look forward to friendly competition with the other teams and fundraisers. 

My dog Kai and I (pictured above on one of our walks) will be practicing our walking over and over...it’s our way to stay sane in these challenging times! Please help us help Napa Humane!
