I’m Maddie Moxley, and I believe in the power of giving back. I work in national sales for a faith-based labor management company specializing in commercial and industrial construction staffing, where I’ve been for nine years. My passion for fitness and the outdoors comes from my days as a college volleyball player at Kent State University, and when I’m not working or staying active, I feel most fulfilled when I’m volunteering and serving the community.
This year, I’m honored to be part of Wiggin’ Out and raise awareness for Carolina Breast Friends, an organization that ensures no one goes through breast cancer alone.
When my friend Melissa, a former Big Wig, asked me to take her place this year, I couldn’t say no. Cancer has deeply impacted my family, and I know firsthand how vital support and community are during the toughest times.
My paternal grandmother, one of the strongest women I’ve ever known, faced breast cancer alone. She endured treatment, a double mastectomy, and hair loss with resilience, but her journey would have been so different with the kind of support that Carolina Breast Friends provides.
Being a Big Wig means helping connect more people to the life-changing resources at The Pink House and ensuring that those fighting breast cancer never feel alone.
Where You'll See Me in My Pink Wig
I’ll be wearing my pink wig all over town, including:
At work, sharing this cause with my professional network
At the gym, staying active and raising awareness
At church, where community and support go hand in hand
Out and about in Charlotte, making sure everyone knows how they can help
How You Can Help
I’m using my network at work, LinkedIn, social media, and personal connections to rally support and raise funds for Carolina Breast Friends. The more people we reach, the more Survivors and Thrivers we can help.
Join my team, donate, and let’s make a difference together.
