I’m proud to join Troy’s team for Wiggin Out 2026 to support Carolinas Breast Friends — an organization that brings compassion, care, and real help to families facing breast cancer.

My connection to CBF began through the Rosendin Foundation, where I serve on the communications committee, and has grown from there. Breast cancer has touched my life personally years ago when a very close friend was diagnosed and went through surgery and treatment, and I stood by her through the toughest days. Since then, other loved ones, friends and colleagues have also been impacted, and their strength inspires me every day.

Because of these experiences, I’m deeply grateful for the work CBF does, the programs they offer and for the warm, supportive community at the House. I want to honor those I love by raising awareness and helping ensure no one faces this journey alone.

I’m a proud mom of four who lives for every chaotic, laughter-filled minute with my kids — and an awesome sheepadoodle who thinks she’s human. I’m happiest when barefoot in nature (or anywhere for that matter) or sitting on the beach, staring out at the ocean, usually with a book and a glass of wine nearby. I love hot yoga. My friends are Family.  I do my best to practice (earnestly) Buddhism - one mindful breath at a time and try to carry a little more peace into each day. I serve as Communications Committee Chair for the Rosendin Foundation, a role I’m passionate about because it lets me connect with incredible people and meaningful causes.
