Homelessness affects individuals from all walks of life—children, youth, those with diplomas and degrees, individuals with jobs and careers, and families, both with and without homes. The reasons behind homelessness are diverse and complex, making it crucial for us to unite in this cause. The Winter Walk believes that together, we can make a difference. Our mission is to raise awareness and funds to end homelessness, supporting organizations that work tirelessly on prevention, support, and care for our homeless community. 

This 2-mile walk through the heart of Boston during the coldest month of the year is a symbolic gesture of unity. Housed and unhoused participants will walk shoulder to shoulder, concluding the journey on the Boston Common where we will then share a meal together while listening to stories from Boston's homeless population. Since its inception, the Winter Walk has raised over one million dollars, with 100% of event proceeds going directly to our partner organizations.
