How does your donation help?
BMC's housing services department, Living Well at Home, ensures patients have a safe place to call home. The dedicated team of case managers, social workers, and other staff, work with patients to support them at every step of their housing journeys. A few examples of what your giving helps do for patients:
$25 supports an intake meeting for a new client
$50 funds a housing stabilization home visit for a client and their case manager
$100 buys a winter coat to keep someone warm
$250 fuels a day of searching for a new home for a client experiencing homelessness
$500 provides two months of intensive wraparound services for a client experiencing homelessness-- $3,000 sustains those services for a full year!
