I'm participating in the 2025 Winter Walk because I believe that everyone deserves the dignity and comfort of a safe, stable, and affordable home.

I work at the Living Well at Home Program at Boston Medical Center. Alongside 30 of my dedicated and passionate colleagues, we support individuals and families who are unhoused or at risk of losing their housing attain the basic human right of affordable and dignified housing. We assisted nearly 400 households in the past two years in obtaining housing, and work side-by-side with 750 people each year. Person by person, we are helping to break the cycle of homelessness in Boston.

This year, the Winter Walk funds donated to Boston Medical Center will be going directly to the Living Well at Home Program. These funds pay for the salaries of our incredible team, so we can continue doing this life-changing work.
