Hello Family and Friends,

As all of you know, my family has a history of mental illness.  I feel it is my calling to both help others struggling with these diseases and call attention to the inadequacies of available resources to help.

Make to mistake that this issue is affecting you either on a personal level, a local community level and a national level.  We need to end the stigma associated with mental illness.  People are ashamed to talk about this subject and as a result don't get help either for themselves or loved ones.

You can help by lending an ear to someone in pain, educating yourself about the part that brain malfunctions contribute to these illnesses, join a group or advocacy group or DONATE to those searching for answers.

On a personal level I would like to thank all of your for helping me through my personal struggle.
