Receive your auction program, bidding number, gaming tokens, and our signature beverage. Preview silent auction items, live auction items, and enjoy cocktails at the open bar along with light appetizers, friends, music, and more.

6:30 p.m. — Gaming Begins
Casino games open; participate in silent auction, games and raffles; heavy hors d’oeurves served all evening

9 p.m. — Program Begins & Silent Auction Ends

9:45 p.m. — Live Auction and Prize Drawings

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Formal attire with a Mardi Gras flair is encouraged. You’ll see a range of outfits—from guests dressed to the nines in full gala attire to those opting for a more casual look with jeans and a nice shirt. Ultimately, it’s up to you, and you can’t go wrong either way!

• Casual Chic: If you prefer comfort, smart casual attire is perfectly acceptable.

DO I NEED TO BRING CASH?

Due to possible limited Wi-Fi and phone service at the venue, bringing cash is suggested for tipping bartenders, buying “Golden Ticket” raffle tickets, "Wine, Whisky, or Dine" game, and suggested donations for gaming chips.
