Dexter is the fur child of RAL's Development & Communications Coordinator. He is almost 14 years old and has a plethora of health issues, but he is still hanging on to everyone's surprise and delight. Dexter is a puppy-mill survivor, he is epileptic, and he has congestive heart failure. He needs a little help getting around these days, so for walkies he gets to ride in a newly pimped out stroller. He is excited to bring his stylin' stroller to the pet parade in April.
