The Children’s Aid Foundation of Ottawa (CAFO) supports children and youth as they navigate through the child welfare system. Families involved with The Children’s Aid Society of Ottawa (CASO) are facing mental health challenges, poverty, or addiction, all of which can impact their ability to care for their children. CAFO gives access to educational, enrichment, and essential opportunities to these children and youth whose families need a little extra support.
