Walk the Walk 2019

During the nine years that NuPath has been hosting The Walk, its fundraising revenues for this one event have grown from less than $10,000 the first year to a whopping grand total of $232,000 in 2018! This uncommon experience has been possible only through the creative and determined energy of NuPath’s amazing workforce, its families and people served, as well as through the incredible support of businesses and other sponsors who are as determined as NuPath to create a world in which people living with disabilities are treated with dignity and respect.

I have enjoyed a real “up close and personal” adventure with NuPath over the past five years in the journey of a lifetime: originally as a member of NuPath’s Board of Directors and more recently as legal advisor for this agency on-the-move. These more intimate roles have allowed me to experience the organization from virtually every angle, and I have come to fully believe in NuPath’s mission and values, their goals and business practices, and their strategic vision for the disabilities community and greater industry.

In order to meet our truly historic goal of $250,000 this year, we need everyone's help! While a goal as ambitious as this might deter other organizations, I have learned that NuPath does not flinch or turn away from the hard stuff. Instead, we unite as one: pledging to dig deeper, reach further and to push harder during the final days of this campaign.
