Allen Green is a native of Shreveport, Louisiana, and is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. He relocated to Acadiana in 2009 where he fell completely in love with the South Louisiana culture. Allen and his wife, Shonda, are proud residents of Youngsville, LA, where they have resided since 2016. Allen is the proud father of not one, but two kids, both 23 years old, a beautiful daughter, Emma, and a son, Cameron. He completed his undergraduate studies at Northwestern State University earning his Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2004. He received a Master's of Business Administration in Health Care Administration in 2014. He then received his Master of Science in Nursing from McNeese State University in May 2021 with a concentration in psychiatric mental health. Allen is the owner of Greenhouse Psychiatric Services, NeuroMend Infusion Center, and Drip IV Therapies. As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, Allen is highly motivated and passionate about delivering the highest quality of mental health care throughout the state of Louisiana. Allen is also a board member of Love of People, an organization dedicated to “Helping others help others”. Love of People provides life services to the Acadiana community through a multitude of nonprofit organizations and is heavily involved in the aging music culture. This organization was designed to assist through the Blue Monday Mission. Allen has dedicated his life to the service of others through many avenues and has always had one goal in mind, “How many people can we help today?”
