Tray Guillory, MBA, was born in Lafayette, LA and raised in Youngsville. Tray serves as the Director of Business Development at Our Lady of Lourdes Health, leading the property and real estate division for the Acadiana Market and overseeing external strategic construction. Collaborating with senior leadership, Tray focuses on developing, pursuing, and executing business growth opportunities in the Acadiana market. A former Master Sergeant with nearly 13 years of dedicated service in the United States Air Force and USAF Reserves, Tray's military journey included two deployments and various humanitarian missions abroad. Tray earned his bachelor’s in business administration achieving Summa cum laude honors from the American Military University. He obtained his MBA from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2022, showcasing a commitment to academic excellence. Beyond his professional achievements, Tray is deeply engaged in community service. He coaches with Southside Youth Soccer, contributes to his church, Our Saviors Church, and actively participates in committees with One Acadiana, focusing on workforce and rural health issues. Tray's devotion extends to his wife, Ashley, and their four daughters: Arden (10), Ellie (9), Blakely (8), and Josephine (6). His multifaceted commitment reflects a holistic approach to leadership, community engagement, and family values.
