My theme for my 50th birthday year is GRATEFUL.  I am grateful for the existence of The Diversity Center; an organization that has been dedicated to building communities where all people are connected, respected, and valued for almost 100 years. 

They achieve this mission through a team of seasoned and highly accomplished people who develop and facilitate a breadth of programs that in turn, support our next generation of leaders as they learn how to problem solve, communicate, explore perspectives, and create space for new ideas.

My personal journey is a complex one and I learned so much about myself through LeadDIVERSITY, one of their flagship programs, while also making new lasting friends.  I am forever grateful!
