We will be supporting the Massachusetts Adoption Resource Exchange by having a Giving Tree at the event. We are collecting gift cards for teenagers for the organization. 

About MARE: 

The mission of the Massachusetts Adoption Resource Exchange (MARE) is to build connections for youth in foster care with permanent and adoptive families. MARE exists especially to create life-changing connections for the children and teens who wait the longest in Massachusetts foster care without permanent families, including children of color, teens and young adults, sibling groups, those with disabilities, and LGBTQ+ youth. To this end, MARE equips and supports families to provide stability, healing, and belonging.

MARE's Wish List: 

Of the 900 youth that MARE serves each year, more than half are teens, Although there are many holiday gift drives, teens can sometimes feel overlooked. By providing a gift card, you can give a teen in foster care a small sense of independence and empowerment that is often lacking in their lives. All gift cards will be collected at the Holiday event. MARE will have a table of information about all the good work the organization does each day changing lives for local youth.
