More Than Just Swim Lessons. Join Me in Supporting the Y’s Annual Campaign!

My family’s Y story started with swim lessons. My kids learned to swim at the Freehold YMCA through the Mommy and Me swim classes, and those Saturday afternoons together quickly became a favorite part of our week. Those classes were about so much more than swimming. They built confidence, comfort in the water, and special moments together that I will always be grateful for.

For more than 150 years, the YMCA of the Jersey Shore has met people where they are and provided support when they need it most. From affordable child care and swim lessons to chronic disease prevention, mental health counseling, and teen leadership programs, the Y is here for all, and here for good.
