Join us for a fun-filled evening of Par 3 golf and fundraising, all for a great cause — the Health First Foundation’s Compassionate Care Fund.
The Compassionate Care Fund provides assistance to eligible patients in the form of a Guardian Angel Grant — an anonymous grant which may help with transportation to treatments, prescriptions, and even accessibility issues at the patient’s home.
