I teach in this community so the wellfare of the children who live here is very near and dear to my heart. I see, first-hand, the impact that homelessness has on the lives of my students. It truly is heartbreaking to hear the stories of children who have to leave school hungry, or those who don't want to leave school becasue they have no place else to go.
