About YWCA Metro Vancouver
For 126 years, YWCA Metro Vancouver has offered innovative programs and services to meet the changing needs of our communities.
The YWCA focuses on housing, early learning and child care, youth education, mentorship, employment, food programs, support for single moms, violence prevention and advocacy.
Much of their services are offered to women living on low incomes, Indigenous women, newcomer and refugee women, senior women and single mothers and their children. YWCA Metro Vancouver offers 77 programs across Metro Vancouver, serving thousands of women, children and families.
