Our sweet pea was diagnosed at birth and is a little over one now! “Super” Fiona is a real snuggle bug of a superhero! Although she has no medical issues, it does take her a bit longer to achieve age appropriate goals. With the assistance of her family, friends, and therapists she is achieving her goals! Overall “SUPER” Fiona is an easy going, content and happy baby who LOVES crawling to her Olde English Bulldog Brutus. We are very blessed and lucky to have her be apart of our family. People with Down syndrome are more ALIKE the rest of us than they are different. They have feelings, talents and dreams just like everyone. They deserve to be accepted and appreciated for who they are and what they contribute to our lives and our communities.
